WE ARE ALL CALLED TO CHOOSE LIFE

Dr. Audrey L. Dickey, Los Angeles, CA

According to my faith, be it unto me (Matthew 9:29) whatever I ask for in prayer, having faith and really believing, I will receive (Matthew 21:22).

Words have power, therefore, I will have what I believe and SAY according to Mark 11:23-24.  I have the power to call those things that be not as though they were according to Romans 4:17.

Death and Life are in the power of the tongue… (Proverbs 18:21).

I call heaven and earth to witness this day against you that I have set before you Life and Death, the blessings and the curses; therefore CHOOSE   LIFE, that you and your descendants may live (Deuteronomy 30:19).

For this commandment which I command you this day is not too difficult for you, nor is it far off…But the word is very near you, in

your mouth and in your mind and in your heart, so that you can do it.  See I have set before you this day life and good, and death and evil (Deuteronomy 30:11, 14-15).

We must choose whether we are going to receive life or death because we cannot according to God and His Word (the Bible) receive BOTH into our heart and serve it.  Life is eternal so when we leave this earth we continue to live on in another place called heaven. If we serve and worship death and leave here we continue in that state of death in another place called hell.  Death is an enemy and mankind will go through that to get to the other side because of the curse on mankind opened up by the first Adam in the book of Genesis.  We are not to serve or worship the enemy or his devices that cause destruction in our lives (poverty, sickness, lack, depression, lost, diseases, every evil work). Luke 16:13 No servant can serve two masters...he will hate one and love the other.

Your words come in agreement with God’s Word and call forth the things we ask God for (th
at are in His will for us), if we know and have the confidence that He hears us  (I John 5:14-15), we will have what we petitioned for.

Some things the Bible has to say about Death:

I Corinthians 15:26:

The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.

Isaiah 25:8 & I Corinthians 15:54:

He will swallow up death in victory (abolish death forever).

John 5:24:

Verily (assure you) He that hears My Word and believes on Him (the Father in heaven) that sent me, hath everlasting life, and shall not come into  condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.

Romans 6:23:

For the wages which sin pays is death… (lst w/spiritual blindness & death)

Romans 8:2:

For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.

Revelation 21:4:  God will wipe away all tears from their eyes and there shall be no more death.
