The Coming (2nd Coming) of Messiah (Christ)
The Orthodox Jewish belief in the coming of Messiah is that He can come any time before the year 6000, the completion of the sixth millennium from creation. Of course the belief with Christendom and Messianic Judaism is that Messiah will come to rule and to reign for 1000 years after which there will be judgment at the Great White Throne. Messiah (Christ) will appear to put down the attempted invasion of Israel by all nations which will be allied against Israel at Armageddon (the hill at Meggido). Our Lord will make short work of that attempted coup and set up His reign on Earth at Jerusalem, Revelation 16:12-16; 19:11-21.
