The righteous inherit the land, have increase and lend:
1. Don’t fret (stop comparing yourself to others and crying about what you don’t have; fretting about someone who is going to be cut-off because they illegal received gain without seeking God first. (Everything belongs to God, you must go to him to acquire it). Verse 1
2. Trust God, trust in what He told us and what He is going to do. In verse 3 – so you dwell in the land and be fed (food, riches of kingdom unto you).
3. Delight in the Lord be excited about the things He is doing then He’ll give you your desires and secret petitions. Verse 4
4. Commit your way unto the Lord. In verse 5 it says in essence to trust (lean on, rely on, and be confident) also in Him and He will add the thing we desire if and when the time is right, He will bring the thing to pass we so desire.
5. Be still, rest and wait in the Lord, don’t fret. Jesus said all those who labor and are heavy laden should come to Him. He promised to ease, relieve, and refresh their souls. Verse 7
6. Cease from anger and forsake wrath (acting on anger). Let go of your ways and let God be God in your life. Verse 8
7. Depart from evil and do good; and you will dwell forever [securely]. We overcome evil with good. Verse 27
