When God is first in your life you realize your temple (body) is valuable. Therefore, one should take good nutritional supplements to keep your body in optimum health.
Healthy Tips for Healthy Living:
Pray and study the Word of God; develop and maintain a personal relationship with God; trust Him and discover the many ways He will answer your deepest heart desire. (To develop and maintain a relationship with the True and Living God click here.)
Maintain good nutrition, eat properly, take supplements, detox, and fast (see a health care giver for specifics).
Pray for others, leaders, judges, your country and whomever and whatever God places on your heart
Do for others, choose to forgive others, forgive yourself and forgive God if you think He is your problem. Then ask Him for forgiveness and receive it
Drink 10 to 12 cups of water per day
Exercise three to four times per week a minimum of 30 minutes. Get fresh air and sunlight
Walk in the fruit of the Spirit (Gal. 5:22-23); avoid strife
Rest - bed early, keep the Sabbath; take naps when tired; between 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. your cells rejuvenate as you sleep
Balance rest, work and recreation
Avoid multi-tasking as much as possible and complete one thing then move on to the next
Recreation; date night, lunch or breakfast; spend time with family and friends; take mini or full vacations
Healthy boundaries and balance; take breaks from working to be refreshed
