BEING NEGATIVE

When you are going through hard times often that is when you really find out what’s really in your heart, what’s really in your soul.
Negativity will always justify itself. Negativity chooses your friends for you because you always end up hanging with people who think the way you think, live the way you live, they have the same spirit as you have got.
Even inside the church you will find that your circles gets smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller it is just what negativity does to people.
You start to see everybody through your negativity. When someone tries to speak life into you (faithful are the wounds of a friend) but you don’t see the faithful wounds now you are being dumped on by them. Negativity, it is just a horrible thing, it just rips you off.
It eventually is like having a negative bank account, if you are not putting any money in you tend to go bankrupt. Well with friendships if you are not putting anything in, then you tend to have nothing much to come out and so when you need people they are not there for you.
Negativity, it will always make you look small.
Negativity magnifies and distorts the truth. Prov. 12:25 Anxiety in the heart of a man causes depression, but a good word makes it glad.
When you are depressed it changes the way you see everything: the sun is not shining for you like it is for everybody else; you just are not seeing things the way they really are. Something is wrong with your soul. Negative depressed people do not see straight.
Negativity makes unfair general statements and harsh judgment. Negativity will have you believing things about other people that are not true, have you seeing things that just are not there. Negativity will distort stuff, you start seeing things that are not there and start hearing things.
You must work on the conditioning of your soul because the conditioning of your soul is determining the whole story of your life. You have got to take responsibility for it, so work on it, work on it and make it big on the inside. Then you will find yourself being a lot less critical and a lot less judgmental. Keep taking responsibility for your own soul (mind, will and emotions).
Negativity negates the work of the Holy Spirit. You will negate the power of the Holy Spirit from coming upon you. It also sabotages the present and limits the future.
Must see that you are fearfully and wonderfully made (Ps 139:14), you are a child of the Most High God, I am what God intended me to be, I am the best me I could possibly be. Your soul knows that you are fearfully and wonderfully made. Educate your soul in line with the Word of God. Tell your soul you are going to bless God, everything within you will bless God. If you don’t stop it from being negative it will destroy you; it will change the way you see everything.
Hebrews 6:19 keeps you anchored on the inside. Listen to words and music that speaks life to your soul. Watch the words that you speak and see to it that they are words of life that build others up and build hope into them and full of promise
